Conceptual design, modeling & animation for Trade Show Intro movie.

This challenging project pressed us to leverage customised stock 3D elements to string together 3 disparate gaming genres: contemporary moder combat FPS, racing, and fantasy RPG into a single spot.

A physics-based arcade adventure. Naked Sky Entertainment produced two demos, one for Intel for the 2005 Game Developers Conference, and a second, internally-funded multi-player demo, with art direction redesigned from scratch to take advantage of next-gen technologies.

Jake served as Lead Artist on several projects for Naked Sky, and also art-directed the ground-up redesign of the E3 multi-player demo.

The final thrust of the 3 trade show spots, this one really clarified the production process and brought team members to bear merging many different software solutions to create the various parts of this Incredible Journey flashback.

Experimental short film. More of an experimental exploration of art direction and temporal distortion than a full piece. Collaboration with Renee Intlekofer (Project My World).

Sam is having a bad day. He’s the successful sardonic host of an L.A. TV talk show. But on this particular day, his improbable guests are the only people in the world who can save him. And none are convinced he’s worth the trouble.
